About C’est La Vie Theatre

C’est La Vie Theatre is dynamic new theatre on the go. We are creating a podcast series of independent plays to bring emerging artists to busy people. We use social media to make theatre more accessible, and to open up a dialog between artist and audiences.

Theatre is life: stories that reflect our selves and help us shape our identities.  C’est La Vie aims to expand the range and form of theatre, finding bold new ways of expressing life and art.

This project takes the revolutionary spirit of theatre spaces and sends it directly to you wherever you are – on the street, in your living room, or on a plane.

Tune in to C’est La Vie!  All you need is an iPod or mp3 player…and a taste for talent.

Why Podcast?

This project is all about making theatre more accessible, bringing new theatre right into your iPod. It is about finding new playwrights that you have never heard of, and opening up a dialog to talk to them about their work.

When can I read/hear more?

Our podcast comes out every 2 weeks on Tuesdays. If you would like to make sure not to miss them you can subscribe by email to this blog at the top of the page, or you can subscribe in iTunes, if you only want to get the podcasts. In alternating weeks we have an interview with the playwrights; these also come out on Tuesdays.
